Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Product Not Shipped Yet
o If we haven’t started the shipping process, you are eligible for a full
refund (excluding processing charges, if any).
2. Supplier Out of Stock or Price Change
o If the chosen supplier cannot deliver the product or the price increases
significantly after your confirmation, we will notify you. You may
cancel and request a full refund or choose an alternative.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Product
o If we are responsible for incorrect sourcing or if the item arrives
damaged due to our mishandling, we will: Offer a partial refund, or
Re-ship the correct item (shipping cost may apply for partial
refunds).
4. Overpayment
o Any extra amount sent mistakenly will be refunded upon verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Product already shipped as per your confirmed order.
• Delay caused by customs, courier companies, or natural disasters.
• Product mismatch due to unclear or incomplete specifications from the
buyer.
• Change of mind after purchase confirmation or shipping
Refund Time Frame
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Payment will be sent via the same method used during purchase (Wise,
Bank Transfer, etc.).

• Order/Invoice number
• Reason for refund
• Photos/videos (if applicable)
5. Transaction Deductions All refunds will be made (excluding applicable
transaction charges), deducted by the bank, payment gateway, or currency
conversion services.
Special Note for Bulk Orders & Custom Products. For bulk purchases, customized,
OEM, or branded products: – Refunds are not applicable after production has
begun unless there is a critical manufacturing issue caused by the supplier. – In
case of fault, we’ll negotiate with the supplier for either replacement or partial
refund.
